Our Oscietra is a little younger than our Imperial Oscietra but still delivers the same profile flavour albeit with a little lighter more almond like notes, rather than rich hazelnut. A pleasingly firm texture and beautiful consistent colour range means this caviar tastes as good as it looks. The buttery and nutty nature of this caviar makes it a perfect match for champagnes.
