Our 'Mix of The Day' selection is a fantastic way to try a variety of fresh exotic cultivated mushrooms and fresh wild seasonal mushrooms. Each pack will contain 1 kilo of 6 different types of mushrooms. The selection of mushrooms will vary dependent on seasonality of the wild mushrooms and availability of the cultivated exotic mushrooms. A fresh mix of 6 varieties of Exotic Cultivated & Wild Mushrooms.The mushroom selection may include: Ceps, Trompettes, Girolles, Chanterelles, Enoki, Grey Oyster & Shitake amongst others.

This is a wonderful way to try a selection of wonderful mushrooms and when pan-fried with a little garlic and fresh herb makes for the perfect addition to meat and poultry dishes or for the base of forestiere pasta sauces.
