Sliced Serrano Ham
Jamon Serrano, literally mountain ham, is salted, matured and stored in the same way as Iberian ham but comes from a different breed of (white) pig and has a shorter maturation period. Famed for its depth of flavour and luscious texture, it is valued as a gourmet ham in its own right.
 
Mouthwatering elegant slices of dusky pink meat covered lightly with a ribbon of fat. 500g, vacuum sealed, chilled.
 
Serving Suggestions
Serrano ham is served in a similar style to the Italian Prosciutto, cut into wafer-thin slices that drape the plate in mouthwatering folds of dusky pink covered lightly with a ribbon of fat. Delicious with asparagus and melon.
