Extra Virgin Olive Oil made with 100% Arbequina olives. A wonderfully rounded and soft textured EVOO with low acidity and a harmonious nutty finish with a hint of green apple. This oil is ideal for  a lighter salad dressing and pairs perfectly with grilled or BBQ'd fish.
