We are very excited to be able to offer the chance to taste some very rare caviar. Produced from the Kaluga sturgeon - Huso dauricus, sister species to the famous Beluga, this limited edition caviar has a grain size of 3.7mm which is much larger any other caviar around. These fish are grown for over 16 years when they will be weighing at least 80kg. A firm roe with incredible definition and great mouthfeel, with a subtle yet complex savoury and buttery note and low salinity.
