Langoustine are one of the true jewels of the sea, and these wild caught Langoustine from the Western Coast of Sicily are truly wonderful. 
 
Similar to our Gambero Rosso tartare, these come perfectly formed in 80g portions ready for almost immediate service. Simply transfer to your plate and they will be ready to dress how you like. A little chili is delicious with these, or very simply with some EVOO and lemon juice. For something more luxurious, a generous spoonful of Royal Beluski Caviar is bliss. Serve with some crispy bread, this makes a great dinner party starter.
